Three SAC Baseball Players Named Google Cloud Academic All-Americans

AUSTIN, Texas – The 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-America® Division II Baseball Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) was announced on Wednesday (June 5). Three South Atlantic Conference baseball student-athletes were selected as Academic All-Americans.

Lincoln Memorial infielder Seth Hunt and Newberry outfielder Danton Hyman were both named to the second team, while LMU left-handed pitcher Ethan Elliott was a third team selection.

Nineteen of the 33 members of the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-America® Division II Baseball teams have at least a 3.90 GPA, with six student-athletes maintaining a perfect 4.00 GPA. The 11 members of the first team have an average GPA of 3.90.
