Hartsville is the largest city in Darlington County, South Carolina, United States. It was chartered on December 11, 1891. The population was 7,764 at the 2010 census. Hartsville was chosen as an All-America City in 1996 and again in 2016. Hartsville has also been a National Arbor Day Foundation Tree City since 1986.

Hartsville Country Club

The Hartsville Country Club is a multi-sport facility, fine dining option, and event venue located just outside of the heart of downtown Hartsville. In addition to the eighteen-hole golf course, members and guests also enjoy the club's tennis, pickle ball, and pool amenities, as well as the pro shop, which offers a one-stop-shop for golf and tennis gear and lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. The Club also offers regular bar and food services and a buffet-style lunch on Sundays. The ballroom and bar areas are available by reservation and are often used by civic groups, wedding parties, and community social clubs.
