Eight SAC Student-Athletes Named to CoSIDA Women's Academic All-District At-Large Team

Eight South Atlantic Conference student-athletes representing six schools were named to the 2020 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, selected by CoSIDA. The team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom.

Honorees selected first-team Academic All-District® will advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. Academic All-America® honorees will be announced from June 16-19.

Queens and Tusculum led the way with two honorees each, while Carson-Newman, Coker, Lenoir-Rhyne, and Lincoln Memorial each had one selection. 

The Division II and III CoSIDA Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2019-20 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CoSIDA Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
