ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Catawba's Cameron Burleyson was honored as the 2026 SAC Baseball Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 award winner on Friday (May 8).

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 23 team championship sports.

Burleyson, a junior from China Grove, N.C., holds a 3.98 GPA with a major in Exercise Science.
