Lenoir-Rhyne's Dugger Tabbed Ronnie Lott Heavy Hitter Award Winner To Start 2018

Hickory, N.C. – Lenoir-Rhyne University's Kyle Duggar has been selected as this week's Southside Power & Fitness Ronnie Lott Heavy Hitter award winner for last Thursday's season opener game against No. 12 West Alabama.

Dugger, a junior safety from Fayetteville, Ga., totaled six tackles and two pass breakups.  Dugger, who wins the award for the second time in his career, currently ranks third on the team in tackles. Dugger is the first Ronnie Lott Award winner for 2018 and he was the first of the 2017 season as well.

Lenoir-Rhyne (0-1) hits the road to take on North Greenville (1-0) in Tigersville, S.C., in a nonconference game on Saturday beginning at 7:00 p.m.
