Coker's Leavell Named South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Coker guard Andre Leavell has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week thirteen of the 2023-24 season, the Conference announced today.

Leavell, a senior from Canton, Ohio, set a new Coker single-game scoring record, pouring in 42 points in the Cobras 113-103 win over Emory & Henry. He shot 68.2 percent from the field, pulling down eight rebounds with 12 assists and four steals to add to his record-setting performance. For the week Leavell averaged 24.5 points with six rebounds, 20 total assists, and four steals.
