Bears and Railsplitters Remain in Top 16

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) -- The NABC and D2CSC released its national polls for week nine of the 2024-25 regular season and the South Atlantic Conference boasts two nationally ranked men's basketball teams. 

Leading the SAC teams in the rankings are the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters who sit at No. 7 in the nation. The Railsplitters are 18-3 overall and 16-2 in SAC play and have won four straight. LMU is a perfect 11-0 at home this year. 

The Bears sit at No. 16 nationally and are just behind LMU in the SAC standings. The Bears are 16-3, 1/2 a game behind the Railsplitters. LR owns a 19-4 overall mark.
