Five Men's Basketball Players Selected to D2CCA All-Region Squad
Rock Hill, S.C. (theSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference had five of the 10 players that made up the D2CCA All-Region Men's Basketball teams as announced by the organization this afternoon. The SAC had two on the first team and three on the second team.
Carson-Newman's Jack Browder was joined by Anderson's Osmar Garcia-Araujo on the First Team. Browder was named the SAC Player of the Year and Garcia-Araujo was a First Team All-Conference selection who helped the Trojans to a SAC Regular Season and Conference Tournament Championship along with the number 1 seed in the Southeast Region.
The second team was comprised of Anderson's Rashawn Inglemon and AJ Wright Jr., along with Lenoir-Rhyne's center Conrad Luczynski.
First Team selections are now eligible for the All-America ballot.
