Friday’s Tournament Schedule Adjusted For Tennis, Baseball

Heavy rains on Friday have forced South Atlantic Conference officials to adjust the schedule for some championship events.

Friday's men's and women's tennis championships have been postponed until Saturday. The men's championship between Wingate and Anderson will begin at 9 a.m. at the Rock Hill Tennis Center.

The women's championship match between Wingate and Mars Hill is tentatively scheduled to begin at noon.

Friday's baseball tournament schedule has also been adjusted. The Newberry vs. Wingate game, originally scheduled to begin at noon, has been pushed back to start at 1:45 p.m. The Catawba vs. Lincoln Memorial game is tentatively scheduled for 5:15 p.m.
