2022 SAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships Day One Recap

ANDERSON, S.C. (TheSAC.com) - The Lenoir-Rhyne Bears and the Wingate Bulldogs lead the way in the 2022 SAC Women's and Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships, respectively, after the first day of competition.
The Bears lead the women's field with 92.5 points after eight scoring events, followed by Queens with 54.5 points, and Wingate with 43.
Leading the way in the men's championship is Wingate with 69.5 points, followed by Lenoir-Rhyne with 67, and Queens with 54.

The SAC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships will continue with the final day of competition on Friday (May 6).
