Lenoir-Rhyne's Parkinson Named South Atlantic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for meets competed in during the seventh week of the season. Lenoir-Rhyne's Jacob Parkinson was named the runner of the week.

Parkinson, a sophomore from Lincoln, United Kingdom, won the JWU Wildcat Classic at McAlpine Creek with a time of 24:53 in the 8k event. Additionally, Parkinson led the Bears to a second place finish as a team.
