Anderson's Mollenhauer Named Final Astroturf Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the 2019-20 Regular Season

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) –The South Atlantic Conference announced the AstroTurf Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the last week of the 2019-20 regular season. Anderson's Alexy Mollenhauer earns this week's Player of the Week honor.

A senior guard, Mollenhauer helped lead the Trojans to a perfect 2-0 conference record this past weekend. She put up 26 points, 15 rebounds and three steals against Lincoln Memorial, while adding 19 points, 12 rebounds, three blocks and two assists verses Catawba. Overall the Lindale, TX., native pulled together 45 points while shooting 41.7 percent from the floor and going 10-for-10 from the line. This is Mollenhauer's fifth Player of the Week honor of the season.
