Carson-Newman Ranked in Both D2SIDA National Women's Basketball Poll and WBCA Poll
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) - Carson-Newman remains ranked in this week's D2SIDA National Women's Basketball Poll with and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Top 25 coaches' poll.
The eagles, who are 10-1 in conference play jumped one spot to No.13 in the D2SIDA National Poll, while also moving up one spot in the WBCA poll where they landed at No. 21.
The Women's Basketball Division II Media Poll, sponsored by D2SIDA, is in its seventh season of existence. During the season, the regional polls are released every Monday, followed by the national poll every Tuesday. Here are this week's polls:
The WBCA NCAA Division II Coaches Poll Committee is composed of one head coach from each of the 23 NCAA Division II conferences.
