Carson-Newman Ranked in WBCA NCAA DII Top 25 Coaches' Poll
ROCK HILL (TheSAC.com) - The Carson-Newman Eagles are ranked at No. 19 in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division II Poll released on Tuesday (Nov. 23).
The Eagles went 15-2 in conference play and 15-4 overall last season while also making and NCAA regional quarterfinal appearance. Also receiving votes in the poll was the Catawba Indians.
The Eagles have moved two spots up to No. 19 since being ranked at No. 21 in the preseaosn poll and are currently 2-0 in Conference.
