Lenoir-Rhyne's Harman Named South Atlantic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) –Lenoir-Rhyne's guard Emily Harman has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week three of the 2022-23 season, the Conference announced today.

Harman, a junior from Chesapeake, Va., scored 21 points in the upset of No. 21 Wingate (85-81) to open conference play on Tuesday. She followed by scoring a season-high 23 points on Saturday against Converse (94-34), contributing to the Bears' largest win since 1983. Harman averaged 22 points, 3 steals, 3.5 assists, 4 rebounds and a block per game this week.
