Wingate's Troutman Named South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Wingate forward Bryanna Troutman has been named the South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week ten of the 2022-23 season, the Conference announced today. 

Troutman, a senior from Salisbury, N.C., averaged a double-double for the week with 20.5 points and 12.5 rebounds while shooting 61.5 percent from the field with 2.5 assists and two blocks. She scored 20 points with 10 rebounds, three blocks, an assist, and a steal versus Catawba. Troutman then scored 21 points with 15 rebounds, four assists, and a block against Emory & Henry.
